Today is National Wiener Schnitzel Day !!!
We used to go every summer to this wonderful restaurant just past the Batchawana Indian Reserve on Lake Superior here in Northern Ontario called the Salzburger Hof and they had the most amazing Wiener Schnitzel…
And they would play this most wonderful Bavarian, Austrian etc Music… you could almost imagine you were dining in some beautiful Mountain lake high in the Bavarian Alps, or Austrian.
Wonderful memories … wonderful food and wonderful music.
