Yeah, Blueberry Cheesecake. One of my favourites... along with Cherry Cheesecake of course.
It’s kind of a strange time to have this holiday since Blueberries aren’t ready to harvest until sometime in August in these parts.
I guess Blueberries are available somewhere in the world ? I think we import ours from Mexico. I’ll have to check the grocery store today. They always have them in cans for making Blueberry pies too.
