December 14th is national Monkey Day. Maybe you spend National Monkey Day at the zoo or looking at the mirror, but I'm a believer. For me it is a day to listen to the Monkey's music.
For me the Monkeys were a funny TV show on UHF, but for some they were a picture of American youth. Now they are over 70. Peter and Davy are not with us anymore but Michael and Mickey can still carry a tune and hold a joke (vise versa?).
After all these years Michael Nesmith and Mickey Dolenz made a Christmas recording. It has the feel of Christmas and roasting chestnuts on an open fire. The Monkeys and the Christmas songs bring back memories and spread Christmas cheer.

This week is work at home for me. I am not as "productive" at home but I can get some important things done like wash the dishes and listen to my kids without interruption. I wish you are a warm and blessed healthy holidays (said while holding my tongue).
