Guitar Hero III: Memories of My Childhood | Recuerdos de Mi Infancia

2009, a year of change. I remember that by then I was in high school. I had gone to live with my grandmother and study there. I wanted to make some changes for that moment and one of the things was my taste for music. I was focusing on a few genres, so I began to expand my repertoire of music on my cell phone and from one moment to the next there was more variety. Without realizing it, I began to focus more and more on the genres that for many were already somewhat old, but that I was just beginning to listen to. At first I didn't understand these songs at all. I thought it was all about sex, alcohol and drugs as some people used to say. When I started playing guitar hero 3, I thought the songs and characters were just in the game. Then I started googling them, downloaded them and they became part of my playlist too. The vice for the game started lol I remember that later I saw slash in tv and I was "wtf?" I didn't know about its existence in real life until that moment. When I heard welcome to the jungle for the first time outside the game I liked it so much that I downloaded it. Then it was with Metallica, and its iconic song one.

The bands that are part of the game and that I started to follow at that time were also disturbed, pearl jam, iron maiden, aerosmith, alice cooper, kiss, poison, heart, the who, the killers, black sabbath, maybe I have heard more songs thanks to that game. I think the most iconic was through the fire and flames of dragonforce because it was the most difficult to play lol
