Toots Hibbert, a legendary vocalist of Toots and the Maytals passed away on September 11, 2020 at 77 yearts old.

The name of Toots Hibbert will always remember by reggae music lovers around the world. He claimed himself as the first singer who popularized the reggae music at 1960s. His nice songs were Pressure Drop, Monkey Man, and Funky Kingston.

And his song Do the Reggay released on 1968, people found the word; Reggae.

Nobody knew exactly why Hitlbert was died. Although I read about his died in Nz Herald about he got VCovid-19. What I can say is Hilbert was a fighter of life and he is one of the legend of reggaes music.

And when I read about him through the twitter account of Toots & The Maytals I found some words that you can read below.

Hilbert had passed away. But he is one of the legend with 31 famous reggae songs that made Jamaican always remember him as a legend of reggae. He was born on 1942 in May Pen, a place is not to far from Kingston, the capital city of Jamaica. He had a nice voice and we will remember him too.

Now you can listen to the song of Hilbert, Do the Regga that I found on Official YouTube of Toots & The Maytals.

And I hope you can enjoy your quality times with friends and people you love during the weekend, and do not forget to listen to reggaes songs and music you love.

Warmest Regards,

Arbi.
