Today is most definitely the perfect day for some physical activity, and working up a sweat 💦 As it is declared "Tug of War Day" on the February National Holiday Calendar. Many teams of both Men and Women will be competing against each other to pull a long rope over the line Today.
Who will win all depends on how competitive those individuals are. This is A really great opportunity for anyone to get fit, but more importantly to simply have fun competing. Please have a listen... 🎧
