Today is "Chinese New Year" 🎈 on the National Holiday Calendar website. Traditionally celebrated by flying hundreds of specially lighted balloons high into the sky. Many street entertainers enjoy dressing up in colourful Chinese Dragon costume celebrations!
Some other common ways of celebrating this important event in the Chinese Calendar are: Giving & receiving special (red coloured envelopes). Preparing and eating wonderful Asian food, and generally sharing good will to all mankind.
Their firework displays can also be spectacular entertainment, at many public viewing venues. I wish a very happy "Chinese New Year" 🎈 to everyone around the World... 🌐
