TROLL - Internet - Mythology - Movie

I'm afraid of what I don't see, not what I see. Is there any place left unseen in the world? Whether in the sense of a place or a creature, my answer will always be yes. There is definitely something waiting to be discovered somewhere.

Don't believe without seeing with your eyes, but you should look with your heart and believing, not with your eyes. When you do this, you can see mysterious and fairy-tale creatures that have managed to camouflage themselves.

While one symbolizes fear and the other belief, it aims to be ready to see the common connections to those they do not see. There is a reason for everything that is not seen today. The extinction of their generation is one of the most well-known facts. For example, Dinosaurs.

TROLL

You can think of it as an army of liars who upset people, create an atmosphere of discussion and cynical approaches to serve a certain purpose on the Internet, but I will deal with the mythology part of the work.

Actually, I don't know how accurate it would be to say mythology, because I'm going to talk about the movie that was released in 2022.

The troll is a mystical, colossal, humanoid creature from Scandinavian folklore that looks terrifying.

After an explosion in the Norwegian mountains awakens an ancient troll, a brave paleontologist is tasked with keeping the troll from wreaking havoc with death.

Here's a brief synopsis of the movie. I would like to say that what happens in mythology stays in mythology, but it doesn't happen for the movie. The story goes back to when Norway was Christianized. While I find it odd that trolls are associated with Christianity, I don't know how (if any) they are related in mythology.

For example, our troll doesn't like the sound of bells. Just like he doesn't like sunlight, and there are dramatic scenes of him being quite lonely in his own world where he is alone. Even though he eats people like chickpeas, his level of loneliness is pathetic.

They remember or remind them, albeit late, that it is the people (!) they are dealing with. For centuries, she has been caught between being alone and continuing alone and finding someone like herself (Troll). In the end, he chooses death over solitude!

Kill first, then live, or should I say vice versa? Because when all the plans are about killing, even though it is wanted to give up and keep it alive, the feeling of being late comes to the door. Bingo; Sun dawning!

Ine Marie Wilmann, who played the role of Professor Nora, was the film's most prominent actress. As a paleontologist, she later proved that her priority is not only the afterlife but also the moment of life. Maybe it was too late!

The troll movie differs from typical creature features. It is more intriguing than scary. Even though the story is quite straightforward in terms of beginning and ending, it manages to keep the viewer on the screen. I think it is worth watching just for this aspect alone, but you should keep in mind that these are just my thoughts.
