I have been doing the task of reading the bill counters of the houses for a while. At the end of the working hours, I did not remain indifferent to my friend's suggestion that "If you want to be in a fantastic world, you should watch the movie Seventh Son" and I watched the 2014 movie.
The movie is really about the struggle between good and evil in a fantasy world. The battle between good and evil doesn't seem so foreign, especially among fantasy movies, it has become quite common to come across such productions.
In Seventh Son, the concept of good and evil is based on witches and witch hunters. I enjoyed watching Jeff Bridges' performance as Master Gregory, the witch hunter. His transition from an old, helpless and drunken man to a warrior challenging Queen Mother Malkin was wonderful.
The drama of the movie was that he could not raise a good master from his apprentices who kept dying and tried his last chance through the Seventh Son.
The struggle of the witch hunter against the witches, who are a threat to human life, makes the movie flow quickly in a fun time with action-packed scenes.
While watching the movie, we witness the human-witch love in the past years and in the present and the existence of children as a product of that love. This shows that not all witches are bad, that there are good ones among them and causes us to get the idea that they are just like us humans.
The Seventh Son movie looked like the animated movies, you can keep the viewing age category low. For example, I regret not watching it with my daughter. It was definitely the kind of movie he would love. Several attempts to burn witches show stars flying and flying like burning paper.
I was pleased with my friend's recommendation and I recommend you to watch the movie too. I don't think there is any need to warn about the age range because it seemed more harmless than many animated movies I watched with my daughter, but you can still evaluate your own filters for your children.
I liked Master Gregory with his funny appearance and his character who handles everything with a humorous approach with his warrior spirit. I'm sure my daughter would have liked it too if she had seen it, I'll give her the chance of course.
The reflection of the movie that I liked and thought was good is that not everything is as it seems. Given a chance, it can change the way we look at the differences between good and bad, ugly and beautiful... and everyone deserves a second chance.
