A little Poem first
We live in a world full of stress
We fight everyday for our bread
No one sees the other side
Somehow stuck in a selfish vision
Where is the connection ?
8 Billion people like ants
Running left right
All over the place
Until one day we stand still and we look
Into Someone else eyes
And we see Love
Smile to someone , help someone

Act of kidness day
My Act of Kindness today was to help an Old Man
He recieved a good amount of wood and I helped him put it away inside
His house is very pretty but not practical
He was very happy and I quickly returned to remove the splinters from my fingers, it was an uncalculated act and I had not taken my gloves .
