In life we are always in search of abundance or success, but sometimes in those search we cling to things that until there comes a time to stress us, to get bitter because on the way we get many stones that you do not drop, but sometimes that we fall we must get up, but at the same time we must be grateful and have the feeling of love, of doing everything with love. Today I want to tell you a parable of three cornflowers.
The Three Elders Reflection
A woman coming out of her house saw three white-bearded old men sitting in the garden of her house.
“I don't know who you are, but you must be hungry. Please come in and I'll give you something to eat "
"Is the man of the house here?" Asked one of them.
"No, he is not there"
"Then we will not be able to enter," said the elders.
At dusk, when her husband arrived at the house, the lady told him what had happened.
"Go and tell him that I am at home and that I invite the three of you to come over"
The woman came out and kindly invited them to come in.
"We cannot be invited to a home together," said one of the elders with determination.
"Why?" the woman asked very intrigued.
The older man with the whitest beard replied:
"His name is Riqueza," she said, pointing to one of them and pointing to the other, she added: "His name is Success, and mine is Love ... now, go with your husband and decide which of us you prefer to invite."
"How fantastic! If that's the case, let's invite Wealth. So we will fill our house with riches ”Said the husband when he heard what the woman told him.
“No, it doesn't seem like a good idea… Why don't we choose Success? so we will be admired by all "
her adopted daughter who was listening to the conversation from her room exclaimed:
"Why don't we invite Love? Why is it always necessary to think of wealth and success as if love is not important to us? "
The girl's intervention left her parents silent and ashamed.
"Yes, she is right" said her mother.
And the father added: "Let us follow our daughter's advice."
The woman went out to meet the elders and asked:
"Which of you is Love? … Please come in and be our guest. "
Love got up and started walking towards the house. The other two also got up and followed them. Surprised, the woman looked at Success and Wealth and asked:
"If I only invited Love, why do you come too?"
The three elders responded together:
“If I had invited Success or Wealth the other two would stay out, but you invited Love, and wherever he goes the others follow him. Because where there is love there is always success and wealth.
Moral: Sometimes we think that first to be successful in life, or abundance to get the rest later.
Thoughts
In life it teaches that while we do things with love, because love moves the world. Before being worried about not finding success or abundance in your life, first fill your life and heart with love, if we give love we will receive love. If we do things with love and passion, we will have better results if we only do it out of ambition. The best thing we can do in life is enjoy what we do, so even if we are doing it all day, it will not be work but it will pass faster than we think. Success is not reaching the top but enjoying it, this will make it long-lasting.
