Wir alle kennen doch sicherlich dieses Sprichwort und in unserem Fall trifft dieses auch zu .
Vor ungefähr einer Woche traf es uns ,und viele andere,sehr überraschend als die Foundation angekündigt hatte das Sie alle Delegationen zurück gezogen hat.
Die Gründe die welche @rycharde in seinem Post angesprochen hat waren durchaus verständlich,dennoch hätten wir uns eine bessere Kommunikation im Vorfeld gewünscht.Trotzdem möchten Wir noch einmal danke sagen an @megadrive ,@jacobgadikian und @rycharde ,dass wir 2 Monate lang die Blurtpower der Foundation nutzen durften.
Wie viele standen wir nun also mit sehr viel weniger Blurtpower da als gewohnt und mussten uns noch überlegen ob und wie wir weiter machen.
Noch während wir am überlegen waren kamen unaufgefordert Delegationen der Community rein ,und öffneten somit die Tür dafür das wir weiter machen können und werden.

About a week ago it came as a surprise to us and to many others when the Foundation announced that it had withdrawn all delegations.
The reasons which @rycharde addressed in his postPost were quite understandable, nevertheless, we would have wished ourselves a better communication in the apron. Despite this, we would like to say thank you again to @megadrive ,@jacobgadikian and @rycharde ,that we were allowed to use the Blurtpower of the foundation for 2 months.
So like many we now stood there with much less blurtpower than we were used to and still had to think about if and how to continue.
While we were still thinking about it, unsolicited delegations from the community came in and opened the door for us to continue.

Wie geht es nun weiter mit @blurtlive ?
Nun ab Mai werden wir wieder versuchen 2 bis 3 mal die Woche zu streamen um Blurt bekannter zu machen.
Desweiteren werden wir eng mit @dagamers zusammenarbeiten.Dagamers ist ein Autopost Tool um als Streamer seinen Stream auf der Blockchain zu teilen.Dies bedeutet aber nicht das wir Blind alle Posts die mit Dagamers gemacht werden mit 100% voten,wie wir voten werden dazu später mehr!
Zum Schluss werden wir monatlich einen Teil unserer Curation Rewards mit den delegatoren teilen, und einen Teil davon zur Seite legen für Gewinnspiele ,Neue Accounts und eventuell Turnier sponsoring.
Wie sich das ganze aufteilen wird könnt ihr in der Tabelle entnehmen.
How does it go on now with @blurtlive ?
Well from May on we will try to stream 2 to 3 times a week again to make Blurt more known.
Furthermore we will work closely with @dagamers.Dagamers is an autopost tool to share your stream as a streamer 2 the blockchain.But this does not mean that we blindly all posts that are made with Dagamers with 100% vote, how we will vote more about this later!
Finally, we will share a portion of our Curation Rewards with the delegators each month, and set aside a portion of it for raffles, new accounts, and maybee tournament sponsorship.
How the whole thing will be divided you can see in the table.

Wir werden neuen Streamern die auf Blurt ihren Content teilen einen 2 wöchigen Vertrauensbonus geben und ihre Posts mit bis zu 80% voten,danach hängt die höhe der Votes von folgendes ab.
Hat der Streamer sich mit einem Post hier auf Blurt vorgestellt ? Wenn ja dann bekommt dieser Votes bis zu 40% von uns. Wenn nein dann maximal 30% .
Ändert der Streamer regelmäßig seinen Titel und seinen Post text ?Wenn ja gibt es maximal 40% votes,einen Bonus von weiteren 10% gibt es wenn er auch einen Vorstellungspost hat. Wenn nein maximal 30%.
Nimmt sich der Streamer die Zeit und antwortet auf die Kommentare unter seinem Blurtpost ?Wenn ja ist uns das schon mal ein 50% vote wert.10 % Bonus gibt es wenn der Streamer seinen Titel usw regelmäßig ändert. Weitere 10% Bonus gibt es für den Vorstellungspost.Gibt es keine kommentare können wir das dem Streamer der Streamerin natürlich nicht negative auslegen.Wenn kein dieser Dinge zu trifft gibt es maximal den 30% vote.
Macht Er oder Sie alles das richtig und macht auch noch Werbung für Blurt/Blurtlive in seinem Stream dann sind Ihm oder Ihr 80% Votes sicher.
Wir wollen das Streamer und Streamerinen ein Teil der tollen Blurt Community werden und haben uns deshalb dazu entschlossen Kriterien fürs Voten fest zulegen. Wir wollen das auch nochmal klar stellen bis zu maximal 30% kann auch 0% bedeuten!

Has the streamer introduced himself with a post here on Blurt ? If yes then this Votes gets up to 40% of us. If no then maximum 30% .
Does the streamer regularly change his title and his post text?If yes there is a maximum of 40% votes,a bonus of another 10% there if he also has an introduction post. If no maximum 30%.
Does the streamer take the time and replies to the comments under his Blurtpost ?If yes is worth us already a 50% vote.There is a 10% bonus if the streamer changes his title etc regularly. Another 10% bonus is for the introduction post.If there are no comments, we can the Streamer of the Streamerin of course not negatively interpret.If none of these things applies, there is a maximum of 30% vote.
If he or she does all this correctly and also makes advertising for Blurt/Blurtlive in his stream then he or she is 80% votes sure.
We want the streamer and Streamerinen a part of the great Blurt community and have therefore decided to set criteria for voting. We want to make it clear again up to a maximum of 30% can also mean 0%!

Ich habe zwar nichts mit der Gamer-Szene zu tun, aber das ist auch nicht so wichtig. Wenn Leute sich kümmern, die Community bekannter machen, viel Zeit investieren und neue Accounts unterstützen, dann sollten wir diese Arbeit auch würdigen- deshalb meine Delegation. Blurt on!

Nun habe ich endlich euren Post mit eurem Konzept gelesen.
Wow! Ich finde, da habt ihr ein sehr durchdachtes und ausgereiftes Konzept, das ich klasse finde.
Die Arbeit, die ihr mit diesem Account haben werdet, wird nicht gering sein, denke ich.
Ich hätte euren Post mal lieber vor meinem Einleitungstext in der Kneipe letzten Sonntag lesen sollen. Da stand in Hinblick auf euren Account, im Nachhinein betrachtet, viel Überflüssiges drin ;-)
Also, ich unterstütze euren Account auch sehr gerne.

Das Konzept auf die Beine zustellen hat auch ein paar Tage gedauert und der Post ist auch wirklich lang geworden da muss man sich echt zeit nehmen.
Wir haben in den letzten Tagen auch wieder 1 neuen Account erstellt und ihm 40 Blurt geben. Eventuell werden wir noch enger mit @opfergnome zusammenarbeiten und wirklich arrangierte neue User nee Delegation von @opfergnome zukommen lassen für 4 Wochen.
One of the most focused and innovative projects that currently exists is blurtlive, I identify a lot with the way it has been structured, besides I am a big fan of video games and if you wonder how much of a fan I am I own ps3, xbox360, ps2, wii, gamecube, nintendo 3ds, nitendo ds lite and a pc gamer. Blurtlive should do more advertising in order not to be pigeonholed only as an account of the German community, it is necessary to break the limitations of space and place, it is necessary to create global communities that allow people to enter without thinking if they are Latinos or Spanish. It is necessary to promote that the users love blurtlive through contests without the need of streaming, others will need it, but the most important thing is to let people know what they are doing and the focus of the account.
Absolutely, though I really value subcommunities in regards of helping new users settle as well as creating more regional based content and initiatives (especially when there is a bit of a language barrier). That doesn't mean that they can't be united under bigger communities. I'd love to have different subcommunities happening on @dagamers and see how we can build each other up. And while I can't speak for @blurtlive, I'm sure the people behind their community are also onboard for initiatives like that
We dont want to be a account only for the german community for sure . We stream in german and english and support also blurtgaming content.
At the moment most of the streamer we know that are here on blurt are germans . Hope that will change in the future with the Cooperation with @dagamers
