Since I first heard about this platform, and convinced to join by @lucylin also known as @lucyreloaded here on blurt (who has gone awol. where the eff are you at?), i have had quite an amazing start unlike when I first started on hive and steemit. I never got much support in either of those platforms to begin. Probably because of my natural distaste to partake in cultish behaviours.
I do not like particularly to participate in contests either. I just do not see the reason in filling MY blog with other peoples ideas.
I'm a truth seeker and do my homework whereever I can and share what I come to find if it has not already been said. Otherwise, the one who already has said it will just end up being a reblog on to my profile.
I also am into writing my own poetry. As you can already tell, I also add a different song to each post. Sometimes it might be related to my poetry. The musical instruments help me out in getting out what is trapped inside.
So every day possible, I blast my playlist at home and at work.
Speaking of work, here is what I am currently doing.
The panals used to belong to an electrical conpany, probably covering aomething very important. However they were going to just throw them away. After some persuasive talk, they agreed to sell it at a whopping price of $0.000. A steal indeed. Already we have used this to build an office and let me tell you, the insulation is by far one of the best I have gave noticed to provide the best indoor environment.
I have even used some of this at my own home to use as a indoor grow room. I could use a little more but. we shall see.
Right now the pictures above will be new walls to a new home for "the boss".
The issue, It is time consuming to put together and the insulation also sucks. Yes I know I said it was good but the itching! If you know someone who has ever done insulation jobs or have messed with it yourself in some way you will know ehat I am talking about.
I did one insulation job when I used to live in the states. It was a ten floor building and the inside was just offices in the making. It was just one other guy apart from myself doing the entire thing. Talk about torture. I promised myself I would NEVER do it again. And here I am. Breaking my own promise to a younger self. Never say never they have said... yea...
These panals are heavy for their size. I havr to cut them down to size just to move them around myself.
So as they stand, It is 240cm tall and at the moment it matters not the width of it because later they will be put together after I build the frame where they will be set up on on a different site.
That big metal tanker you see where the panals are laying on os another project. Waiting on more materials to come in to continue that.
It will be part of a recycling process for very dirty water.
Ill keep these projects updated to everyone as I finish them. Too little time and much to write about. That is all for now.
Thank you all for reading. Have any questions regarding welding or construction based topics I am all ears.
Cheers Everyone

I got some of that stuff out of a skip in much better condition too but smaller pieces but I have a very different use for them. I will use them for patterns for making wicker baskets specifically I rish style wicker baskets. Creels. Bet you didn't know that.
Great to have you on Blurt. I miss Lucylin too. He makes me laugh.
Out of a skip?
yeh when people are doing work on their house they have big metal containers to haul away the rubble. It's called a skip. If you take stuff out of skips you're called a 'skip-diver'.
ah okay.
And yea I didnt know about the basket. There is alot of small scrap peieces and insulayion Inhave cut off in small chunks too. Ill be using those too. Nothing will be considered trash here.
that looks really cool. So is the weaving going all the way to the top? Is it upside down?
No the weaving doesn't go all the way to the top and yes it is upside down, this method works from the top down.
Do you make these baskets often?
