What I aim to do here on here is the same as anywhere else. Find the truth, express what I gnow to be true, share content I find interesting, share opinions, experiences, and point out the heithens as they appear. I am open to recieve all criticism. Why do we suck at enforcing our rights?

We boast about our rights getting trampled over. Whether it's by those in pursuit of the New World Order, by "officials", or any tyrant "in power", there is one they trampled over many times over before we knew about individual rights.

The right to know how to defend our rights rights.

This has never been taught in any school, by any teacher, or president and I highly doubt any lawyer or judge will show you how. Why woud they anyways? They woud lose in profits if you knew how to defend yourself.

You're Doing It Wrong

Many think that protesting, sending thousands of emails and letters, making hundreds of calls to the senate or congress, and even voting for a new p.o.s. to bark orders or a bill to be passed will grant us all the enforcement necessary to keep our rights in check and justified to our favor, however this is a major fallacy.

Of the above-mentioned, none have any real power to make the change to uphold our rights. It is done in the COURTS By controlling the judge to your favor, by knowing how to submit judicial notice of facts and getting the court to recognize these facts to your favor, and among other things.

All of these points we will go over in time. Right now, its just about covering basic ground.

There's three pleas that a judge would accept, or atleast that is what we are told. But in reality, there is 5.

The options they give us

1. Guilty
2. Not guilty
3. No contest
   And the other 2 that they will accept are
4. Anger
   &
5. Silence

Don't be fooled, whether you plee to either one, you're most likely making an uninformed plea and uninformed plees are not accepted. Just ask them, "Does the court accept uninformed plees?" The answer should be an obvious no, but since they are so keen in manipulation tactics, they will lie and say that you are informed and hand you an indictment packet.

The indictment packet is nothing less than a piece of paper they conjured up that states which statutes you have broken. It does not inform you of any real evidence as to how those "LAWS"/Statutes actually apply to you. Knowing how to counter these lies is going to be a key to your success, and it is much easier than you think.

Even if you have 10's of thousands of dollars to get your own lawyers to fight for you, I would still recommend getting the tools to help you force those greedy lawyers to do their job!

Not just from my own experience, but from countless background stories of other inmates I have spoken to, they all said how their lawyer refused to give them a fair fight, paid or not. But with this course, you will learn how to actually force them to your favor and keep the judge worried over his/her own actions, which is how you control the judge.

You CAN control the judge!

Even if the judge enters any plea for you because you got angry and threw you in contempt and thus motioned for a continuation without your approval (an illegal act but very common occurrence), you can still get the decision revoked in the appellate court.

They threaten everyone with trial but its really an empty threat most of the time.

Jurisdictionary has this to say:

Show the judge that an appellate court will reverse the judge's decisions on appeal if the judge doesn't rule in your favor, and you will get the orders you want!

Otherwise, the judge will rule as the judge pleases ... right or wrong ... lawful or unlawful.

If the judge thinks you don't know how to appeal or haven't made your record for a winning appeal, the judge has nothing to fear and will rule any way the judge pleases.

Controlling Judges is how you win

"The U.S. Constitution is not controlling law. What appellate courts say the U.S. Constitution means is controlling law.

Statutes are not controlling law. What appellate courts say statutes mean is controlling law."

Therefore trial judges don't have the funal say and neither do the jury have the final day.

And we haven't even gotten to address the fact that although they base their laws from the constitution, they don't and cannot have any evidence that those laws actually apply!

And fyi, before you go into court to repest any fact youbjave read here, i recommend you don't! Otherwise, burden of proof will befall on you and that is not what we want.
