Its a normal routine for me to exercise my body on Saturdays.
- I felt Its important to exercise ones body to improve physical, or sometimes mental, strength and fitness.the usefulness of exercise cannot be overemphasized.
So let me just take you through some of the ones i did Today, as i dont really spend much time at the gym today.
BENCHING;
Benching is useful because it improve upper body strength, improving muscular endurance, and even preparing your upper body to do movements like pushups.
Today i actually went on 10 sets and 20 reps each at 5minutes interval.
BICEP CURL;
The bicep curl is important because it is an efficient exercise. That is, the bicep curl not only works your biceps and forearms but also helps train your shoulders and back muscles,i went on 5 sets and 15 reps at 3 minutes interval.
DUMBELL
- dumbells are used to strengthening the muscles, it can be two, meaning you held one in your right hand and the other in your left hand or it can be one, you will switch hand so that you balance & strengthen the two sides. Today i held the dumbells high above my shoulders at my back to strengthen both my shoulder and my back.
