The older I get, the more I get tired of city life and the more I enjoy spending time in the countryside. The pace of life here is completely different. And even though modern rural life is significantly different from rural life a century ago, you can still observe its closer connection with natural cycles.
The natural calendar affects rural life in one way or another. Now, in November, everything freezes very early, around 5 pm, when it gets dark. I love looking at the glowing windows of small rural houses. Although many homes are heated by gas or electric boilers, some have chimneys from which cozy smoke rises into the sky.
This means that the owner of the house did not waste time with gifts and stocked up with firewood for the winter.
The forest is very close. Every day I meet mushroom pickers with baskets full of forest gifts. This is a wonderful vacation, mushroom hunting is the most harmless hunt, it contains a lot of excitement and positive emotions.
