Will US election effect the market?

I wanted to ask if US elections this year will have a impact on the crypto market. I am new to this market with no experience but I have watched some videos that say US elections are bullish for the market.

There are factors like rate cut and more that will help the market and as stock will go down risky assets will see pump for sure.

How much truth are these ?
