Time to Change || Supporting Creativity and Rethinking Career Choices for Youth

Do you know why most of the youth are only running behind #givernment jobs in #india today? Why they are not into working in #private institutions or starting their own #business or #startup?

One of the reasons is that #parents have never #motivated their kids to build creative thinking and work on new ideas. majority of us have heard from our #family that you have to become a doctor, engineer or something else.

How many of us have heard that, work on a #business? That we should see what's going on in #tech field? I guess a very few of us where also there is a short percentage getting support in future from the #family.

There is a incident I will share, readers might get excited reading it but focus on the density of what I am about to share. There is a #family where elders of that house give money to their #kids in summer vacation.

They ask their kids to go and multiply it. They are given many options like #buying fruits from the mandi and selling it in the main #market. Setting up a small #food stall of maggie or whatever they can cook.

Now tell me if you will get support from your #family if you decide to use your own money for selling vegetable? I think most of us will get #revolt from our family and they will ask us to do something good.

They will not understand that we are doing it for a #experience where what we are doing is not important but what we are #learning is important. You will learn to #deal with different people, #bargain and even sell something you bought cheaper at a higher rates.

The day we all start supporting #kids with creative #thinking and the day we let them #explore new things in life is the day we will see #kids doing their own #business after they grew up.
