The MotoGP racers who are doing trials are amazed by the natural beauty around the Mandalika Circuit, Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. One of the racers is Enea Bastianini from Gresini Ducati who said he was happy that MotoGP could be held in Indonesia.
The racer from the country of pizza at first only knew the nickname Indonesia was a country of 1000 islands. He did not expect to be able to visit one of the 1000 islands.
"We heard that Indonesia is a country that has 1000 islands and one of them is here. We feel comfortable here," said Bastianini on the Sky Sports page.
The racer who was born on December 30, 1997 also felt happy to be able to experience the Mandalika Circuit. According to him, besides being able to feel the international class circuit, the atmosphere around the island is very beautiful.
"It seems the atmosphere is very comfortable and looks beautiful," added Bastianini. Enea Bastianini and his friends have been able to test the circuit on Thursday (10/2).
This year's Mandalika Circuit was chosen by the MotoGP organizing committee to hold a trial before the start of this championship starting on March 4 to 6 next.
Indonesia has a turn to hold the 2022 MotoGP tournament for the first time, which is scheduled to take place from March 18 to 20. Mandalika was chosen to be one of the new Moto GP 2022 circuits after previously KymRing, Finland.
