Have a nice day! Today we will go on an exciting excursion to the Sochi Arboretum, where more than 1,800 rare and unusual plants, trees, exotic flowers collected from all over the planet grow.
This park is a green treasury of Russia, as it is located in the subtropics. And it was founded in 1892 by Sergey Nikolaevich Khudekov. The park itself is located on a mountain, and to overcome such a climb, numerous guests and tourists of this amazing nature reserve will be able to use a convenient cable car, thanks to which you will find yourself on the highest elevation of the park in just 10 minutes.
From the observation decks you will discover many picturesque views of the Black Sea coast, houses and various buildings of the city, well-kept gardens and numerous alleys of the arboretum.
All guests of the park are welcomed by such an unusual palm tree. Many people take photos near her, they want to capture such a beauty as a souvenir.
And just a few steps away from it you will already meet coniferous trees with an abundance of cones, seeds and young fresh shoots.
When you get to the arboretum, you are transported to another world, a world of peace and quiet. You can spend the whole day here, time flows imperceptibly. You walk, look at exotic plants, trees, shrubs, enjoy the sun, fresh fragrant air, listen to the singing of birds and relax.
Those who wish can get acquainted with the plants, there are so many of them here and everything is so amazing, never seen before, that you want to stop near each sign and find out their name. I was immediately attracted to such a giant sequoadendron. I never imagined that they could be so high before.
