Greeting to all Blurtorians! Have a nice day! If you haven't visited food fairs yet, you've missed a lot. Sometimes there are very real performances, when farmers compete with each other in the art of masterly attracting customers to their counter with products.
In the Kuban, you can always enjoy a delicious and cancers. At fairs, they are treated to all comers.
And it's enough for everyone to try, as there are tanks with thousands of still floating crustaceans nearby.
The sellers are very attentive, and although I am cool to crayfish, but they were able to convince me to taste it :-)
There were plenty of fish, too. Sterlet, pike, silver carp, I can't even remember all the names now...
Imagine what the flavors were like.
