  1. Will power is like the battery, it is charged in the morning and as the day goes by it is discharged. So use that morning's charge for your activities or decisions that demand more energy

  2. Get enough sleep, with 7 hours of rest you can replenish all the energies you have used up, in a range of max 8 hours so as not to overdo it and make a habit of it.

  3. Do meditation. Start with 10-20 min in the morning or evening.

  4. Watch your breathing. Inhale for 4 seconds and after exhaling, hold your breath again for about 8 seconds. Do this 5 times per minute for 5-10 min daily.

  5. Positive mind. If you complain, criticize or think negatively for a long time, your energies will be quickly consumed.
