Give yourself eight hours of work, eight hours of sleep and eight hours. Twenty-four hours a day.
Walk one hour every day.
Drink eight glasses of water.
Read books for half an hour.
Eat one fruit daily.
Write something for fifteen minutes to feed the mind.
If you feel hungry, eat something like nuts. Reduce salt, fry and spices.
Always keep a vegetable. Eat more fish, not more than two days a week. Eat pulses or homemade yogurt at the end of the meal.
Satisfaction of the mind is a part of filling the stomach, not filling the stomach with food.
