After spending all these years of my life, I have realized no matter how much money you have, simplicity always wins instead of a glamorous life. Let me explain it elaborately... We all have dreams, some dreams are expensive, some desires are irrelevant and need a lot of money to fulfill but we all love to fulfill our desires, maybe a little bit but we want. But after fulfilling one of your desire, your expectations, dreams, and demands will be high and you will never be satisfied with your current life. You will want more.
Believe it or not, I have made simple research on me and I understood my demands never decrease, instead, it is increasing. My expectation level, my way of living life is becoming costly... Well, I just used some basic examples, there are many more facts involved with this topic.
From architectural perspective, it was never been easy to design a simple form. A simple form can be a complicated plus when it comes to design a single form, it becomes more complicated. One thing I have learned from my professional life, " Keep it Simple ". This small single line sentence is hard to maintain but if you achieve it, you are successful.
I have found this picture of a Mosque in my Harddrive. Really old picture of a Rural Mosque which is situated at Bagherhat, Khulna. Maybe I will write a detailed post explaining the entire structure of this mosque...
The reason for sharing this interior picture of this rural mosque is to explain how a simple design looks complicated. This is a basic design of a mosque which is a very traditional old-style historical architecture and very simple but if you understand the structure and design, you will see the complexity behind this simple design.
I always love to design single spaces and keep it simple as much as possible though sometimes I fail. The reason is to solve the complexity and make it simple...
Why this elaborate description was needed just to explain simplicity !!! Because to achieve simplicity is not so easy. We are human and we always make it complicated and often fail to achieve a simple life.
But one thing I wanna say, if you make your life simple, everything will be easy for you and you will find peace... Trust me...If you are able to achieve a simple life, you will see an easy life...
