In our society, we are so accustomed to seeing, hearing and reading about mental health disorders, and on dealing with and accepting them, that we often forget that for many people suffering with a mental health problem, it is a subtle, often frustrating and indeed often agonizing condition.

This indicates an essential sadness associated with loss of contact with loved ones, or a lack of community connection or affection. Cognitively, sadness also signifies sadness about past experiences, and an inability to learn from your experience. Your core is the emotional center of your body, and it should never be neglected. If you become overwhelmed by these feelings of loss and sadness, Then it may be a sign that something has gone wrong with your core body structure, such as muscle damage or a serious injury, and you should start taking care of yourself and seek help from others.
