How does curation work on Blurt?

3500 Blurt Power

As of yesterday I have about 3500 Blurt Power, last week I had around 3100 BP. 

I have upvoted posts with that BP, some for 100 %, but up till now I don't receive any curation rewards.

Is my Blurt Power too small to receive any curation?

Do I need to wait longer?
