Certainly, the climate looks cold, I'm from a tropical country and I live at about 1000 meters above sea level, so for me those 13 degrees is quite cold.

actually our climate is temperate we can't adjust extra cold . overall 13 degree extra for us .anyway thanks for your compliment gentleman.
