This is exactly how every beach should be. It's not just the French who are comfortable with nudism, the Germans love it as well. In fact it was in Germany where the modern nudist movement started in the early 20th century. In German the lifestyle is known as "Frei-körper-kultur" (FKK) which translates into English as "Free body culture." FKK clubs and beaches, like this one, can be found all over Germany.
