There is a Time we call African Time here in Africa. I wonder why they call that time African time because not only Africa is a victim but everyone. Maybe because it is so common in African that is why they call it African time

African time is when they call meeting but they start the meeting late, African time is when they give you time but you don't keep up with the time
It is not only Africans that used to late so why they call it African time is why I still haven't know and that is how they say it even before I was born

FYI, it's because you only know of Africa. Here in India, we call it Indian STANDARD Time ....and it's quite a standard to be late from thee scheduled time.
