Crispy Pizza Traditional food in our area
Generally we get ready various suppers to break our quick during the night. It's 15 hours in length fasting so guaranteeing nutritious nourishment is an absolute necessity. Additionally as in this significant time-frame, the sugar level goes low so it's smarter to have some pastry as well.
Today I will show you how to make Crispy Piazu, a traditional dish in our area. This food is eaten during Iftar. It is a famous food in our area. You may not see this around Philippines. Mostly people from our locality prepare this item. It needs lots of ingredients for sure but delicious to eat.
What we need?
The essential Ingredients are:
- Quantitative lentil pulses
- Onion
- Garlic
- Green Pepper
- Cumin powder
- Chili powder
- Turmeric powder
- The amount of oil
How to prepare?
Crispy Piazu is usually made with lentils. So first we need a quantity of lentils.
Then mix well with lentils and some garlic in a blender. It will take a long time to do by hand. So do the mixer in the blender.
Then take the pepper, onion, cumin powder, turmeric powder in a container. Then you have to spread it well together.
Then mix the onion and chilli mixture well with the blended lentils.
Then you have to hold the stove. You have to take a frying pan. It should be heated with adequate amount of oil.
From the mixture of lentils and onion and chilli, take a little by hand and roll it in oil.
And fry well in oil.
This is how Crispy Piazu will be made. The recipe is very easy and you can make it at home.
