Oman eases out all Covid-19 restrictions

This is one welcoming news after a long time. Oman's Supreme Committee has announced the removal of almost all the restrictions that were imposed for Covid-19.

Though life was pretty normal here, but there were still quite a few activities that were not operational. Like the Children Parks, Cinema Theatres, there was partly work from home, Schools were not open, a few public places were closed. So now all of it is open. Life gets back almost normal.

Oman is also opening Tourism. Group Tours are going to be allowed with all the checks and balances. Economic activities are all opening up across the Country.
Food Courts in the shopping malls, Exhibition halls, Conference Rooms are also operational. Everything is now open but at a reduced capacity of 50% to 60%.

One thing I like is the Cinema halls opening up. I am a movie buff and I enjoy watching movies in Cinema halls. It's been around 10 months since we went, so I am surely going to take this treat. I am waiting for the day when it will be announced, no use of wearing mask anymore :-) and I hope that day comes soon.

Couple of days when I visited an apparel store for some shopping, there were clear instructions of no trials. Even that is now allowed, so happily I can go for some shopping. Though I do not intent to rush, but somewhere in the month of Jan I can plan. Buying clothes without trials is very uncertain for me. This change helps.

Yes, also if the travel restrictions are eased out it will be better. As I mentioned in my yesterday's post, travelling is very cumbersome. But if the Tourism opens up, I am sure that will also be eased out, else there would be no tourist who would want to visit with so much of hassles to go through.

Wooo, to think of it, in the last few months, we have been living in so many restrictions. I am sure all Countries will now make a move towards opening up if they want their economies to survive.

Thank you for visiting my blog. 👼🏻👼🏻💖💖🌹🌺🌸

A small portable projector do the theatre thing for me & my family.:relaxed:
Restaurants isn't my way of life. But yes, trial rooms at shops saves a lot of pain. Of course, everything should be open to re-instate individual freedom.
Enjoy your mask-free life!
