The area definitely suits my needs!
If I'm honest, I don't really have a reason to complain twenty-four hours a day. Of course some things could be better for me, but when I look around my city and it's surroundings, I have to admit that I could have been worse off.
Not only that this summer once again opened my eyes and proved to me how beautiful country life can be here in Japan. Rice fields and summer skies really make a difference!
I only need about 45 minutes to get to the places where I took today's pictures. One of the mayor points for living here is that I can reach the sea and the beaches of my city in less than 15 minutes.
That's guaranteed no reason to complain. And if I keep driving by the sea towards the southwest, all of a sudden there will be some mountains coming up what provides a wonderful and relaxing contrast.
Could be worse, right?
And just now in autumn, when one starts to feel that the cold, grey and white season is no longer just an old urban legend old people are talking about, it's time again to make sure all of it is well and good. And that I am at the right place!
It's beautiful here, you just have to set off and look around.
Die Gegend passt doch schon!
Wenn ich einmal ehrlich bin, habe ich nicht wirklich rund um die Uhr einen Grund mich zu beschweren. Klar könnte auch bei mir so manches besser laufen, aber wenn ich mich einmal in der näheren Umgebung meines Wohnortes umsehe, muss ich es doch immer wieder zugeben, dass ich es hätte schlechter treffen können.
Nicht nur, dass mir dieser Sommer mal wieder die Augen geöffnet und mir bewiesen hat, wie schön doch das Landleben hier in Japan sein kann. Reisfelder machen schon echt was her!
Ich brauche auch nur insgesamt circa eine Dreiviertelstunde um an die Orte zu kommen, an denen ich die heutigen Bilder gemacht habe. Das Meer und die Strände meiner Stadt erreiche ich weniger als 15 Minuten, schon mal garantiert kein Grund um sich beschweren. Und wenn ich immer am Meer Richtung Südwesten fahre, kommen auf einmal ein paar Berge, die für einen wunderbaren und erholsamen Kontrast sorgen.
Könnte schlimmer sein, richtig?
Und gerade jetzt im Herbst, wenn man anfängt zu spüren, dass die kalte, graue und weiße Jahreszeit auch nicht mehr ewig auf sich warten lässt, ist es mal wieder angebracht, sich dessem Allen eindringlich zu vergewissern.
Es ist schön hier, man muss sich nur auf den Weg machen und sich umschauen.
