Today is a holiday and I love to cook and make one of my favorite dishes, a combination of vegetables and chicken.
In cooking this food, the amount of ingredients is optional.
To cook, first pour some oil in the pan and fry the onion
Chop the chicken into thin slices and fry, then chop the mushrooms, bell peppers and tomatoes and add to the chicken.
Then chop the mushrooms and bell peppers and add to the fried ingredients.
Before frying the mushrooms, add a tablespoon of lemon juice so that the color does not darken. At this stage, mix all the ingredients together and add salt and pepper.
***Close the pan and remove from the heat to soften and flavor the ingredients.
