Roasted buckwheat (buckwheat) (100g), 10 dkg of smoked bacon, vegetable fat, salt, kefir.
Preparation
Dice the smoked bacon, fry in a pan until the fat melts. Boil buckwheat (in a bag) in salted water until soft.
The way of serving
Pour the bacon fat and cracklings over the finely cooked groats. We serve with cold kefir
