A very early fungus in mountain forests - maybe it's worth looking around?

The cap of the mushroom is cup-shaped, and sometimes, like most similar species, becomes round or oval. The color is most often brown or dark brown, from graphite to black.

The leg is barely visible and the scales of the cone appear, reaching a maximum of 1.5 cm in length.

Occurrence: The fungus is very common, but grows only on spruce cones lying on the ground. Most often in mountain coniferous forests. You can look for it already in early spring, when the first rays of the sun will discover the cones lying under the snow. It appears in large clusters on one cone.

Application: inedible mushroom, and even if it was edible, who would collect this baby?
