Stop losing focus easily. We are the most scattered generation in history. We have no focus, so no results.
Stop trusting others. Your mother will never save you. There is nothing free in life. Learn to take responsibility for your future.
Stop expecting instant gratification. Patience, patience and sweat are your best friends.
Stop relying on performance promotion. Create daily routines that will lead to your goal.
Stop blaspheming your body. Eat a healthy diet; You will have a healthy appearance, feel healthy and be able to think you are healthy. Eat junk food and you will feel dirty.
