Abhi to mere desh India me sardiyon ka moussm chal raha hai. Sardiyan ka mousam dusre mousam se jyada mujhe pasand hai, kyunki is na koi barish ki kich-kich na garmi ke behaal kardene wale pasine hote hain. Ek dum thanda dil ko sukoon dene wala vatavaran mehsoos hota hai.

Sardi ke mousam me bahot saari sabziyan aati hai jaise ki, meri favourite methi, chane ki bhaji yeh bhi meri favourite hai, palak, soya, kalda ki bhaji, turai aadi..... aisi bahot saari sabziyan.

Ab aap bologe ki ya saari sabziyan to hsmesha bazaron me uplabdh hoti hai. Ha yeh sahi per, sardiyon me jab yeh sabziyan milti hai tab yeh taajgi bhari, khushbodaar aur swadisht hoti hai.

Maine jo tasveer aapse share ki hai use hamare gaon me dhale aur shaher me tahal kehte hai. Dhaale mujhe bahot pasand hai. Ham jab gaon me rehte thy tab yeh hame bahot saare khane ke liye uplabdh rehte thy, par ab jab khareed kar lakar khate hain to kitne bhi lakar khali man to bharta hi nhi. Ghar ke aangan me baith kar sabse baatein karte hue thandi raat ki sardi me ise khane ka maja hi kuch alag hota hai.

Oh dear! These are my favorite too. Hum ise taal ya boot bolte he. Mujhe iski bhaji b badi mazedar lagti he. Ye yahan seher me badi rukhi sukhi or Tod k bechi jati he isi liye hum ise bhoon kar khate hain.
