We have to be appreciated for any work

We forgot to appreciate. We don't appreciate the work of the people around us, but we are always looking for faults and mistakes. Instead of praising someone and showing him the conviction to move forward, we try to push him back to find his fault. Nowadays it has become one of our daily tasks.

But we don't need any hard work to appreciate it, we don't even need any remuneration. Even then, we are reluctant to appreciate the work of others. In fact, it has become our nature. But we have forgotten that a small compliment of ours gives any person a firm conviction to move forward. A small compliment of ours shows the way forward in shaping the career of any human being or in life.

Again, we sometimes praise someone so much that we exaggerate the matter. Which is not desirable at all. Because someone's work should be praised but not exaggerated. We should appreciate someone's work but we should appreciate that work as much as it needs to be appreciated.

Now the question is why should we appreciate each other's good work? Or appreciate small work? Honestly every person in this world is in trouble. We suffer from problems at the individual level that we often cannot share with others. But a little praise or encouragement from someone can be a great help in meeting our goals. We may have the courage to rise again. So I think any good deeds should be properly appreciated.

I remember when I was in my second year of honors, a subject called Classical Physics seemed quite difficult to me. So I would pay less attention to it. One day the head of the department in my department praised me more and said you try! You can! Then I focused on this subject and continued reading. Later I was able to get quite good marks in that subject.

Honestly, such praise gives us the conviction to go a long way. Many times a small compliment completely changes his life and brings success in their lives. Since praise does not require any money or hard work, we should give due praise to any person, no matter how small or in any work.
