They have a very, very large selection of Hawaiian style poke dishes, but many of them are Korean-inspired, especially kimchi varieties. Gochujang is a main seasoning for a lot of the selections. Tako(octopus) poke is better with gochujang dipping sauce. Poke dishes seasoned with gochujang and gochugaru go well with poi.
