There are many different kinds of happiness. They are all different. They are not the same. And they certainly are no short cuts to happiness. It is not for sale.
One thing that everyone understands, that I am talking about, is shortcuts. The shortcuts that you take to get things done that are important in your life. The short cuts are the shortest way to get a job done that you have wanted to have for years.
Now that this knowledge has been discovered, I would like to propose something very simple and very easy to do. That you can make the best use of this knowledge and make all the things that you need to make happy and successful in life.
First, you must decide which things you want to get done in your life. You must then determine how you will get them done. What shortcuts will you take to get them done? How can you get them done faster and better?
A good example of this is exercise. Everyone needs to exercise at least a few times a week in order to stay healthy. You may feel as if you can never go running or walking because you are afraid of injuries. But you must keep in mind that they are accidents. That's what you are afraid of. You might hurt yourself by running or walking too fast or too far. You must remember that there is nothing to be afraid of and that you can still do the things that you like.
Also, you must make a list of what you want to do. You will need to get motivated in order to do this and get things done. So, make a list and find what you think you want to do, and work on it until you have done it.
Next, there are all the short cuts out there that you can find that make you feel good, even though you don't feel like you are really doing anything. Do you love the way you smell or the way your skin feels after a shower? If so, you can find a way to get yourself a good deodorant. and buy yourself a nice bath product. But, you don't really need to buy the deodorant, do you?
Or do you have nice legs? Then you could go buy yourself a nice pair of running shoes. That might seem like it is not doing much for you, but it does. What else can you do for your body? You could go see a doctor and get your cholesterol checked. Do you have bad breath? You could buy yourself a nice breath mint, but don't you have to buy the mint?
You have so many ways to do things and you have so many things to get done that you have plenty of time. You can get all the things you need to make your life better. If you only have a little time to devote to your life, then that is just fine. Just remember to make the things that make you feel good, the ones that are most important to you.
