SAY NO TO BODY SHAMING

I saw a post on facebook the other day, there was a picture of a woman, and the caption used was some kind of mockery because of her body shape.

Under this post, there were people laughing and also partaking in this mockery, now these same kind of people would open their mouth and say "people on the internet post fake pictures of themselves and the way they don't post what they actually look like", now tell me, why won't people post "fake" pictures with all sorts filters when there are critics like that waiting at every corner to jump into bodyshaming and stuff? If we could create ourselves, we would all be absolutely perfect, no one would be flawed but then that doesn't happen, you CANNOT blame people for the way look.

If you see someone who doesn't look "okay" to you, or something, just keep quiet and move on with your life, you don't have to make comments or talk about every single person you see. Most people you see go through some struggle in their lives, and if you cannot be kind, say kind words, or act kindly, just mind your business. Don't add to someone else's heartache., STOP POINTING OUT THEIR FLAWS AS IF THEY DON'T ALREADY KNOW.

I don't think it needs to be shame, but there is a point where it becomes very unhealthy to be certain sizes. I wish there was a less "negative" way to push the fact that being massive is not "beautiful" but it's dangerous and could lead to a much much shorter life and I don't want that for anyone. I think there's reasonable and then there's people who do need help too. It's definitely not helping anyone to be a jerk about it though!
