10 Thoughtful Facts About Me | THOUGHT OF THE DAY - #1 : [ENG/SPAN]

I believe that Profiles placed on social media aren't all telling. Outward appearances can be deceiving. Hearsay can be devastating if not true to the personality of an individual. How often do we judge people by what he see and hear about them.

If you only look outward, a person's inner self probably will never be uncovered.

The true inner self of individuals is diverse. Take for instance myself. When I first appeared in the online universe, no one knew me. I attempted to keep that privacy above all else. Sometimes you have to do that to thwart others whose sole purpose is to undermine you.

I believe it is true for anyone who desires to work online. You take a risk. But then life itself is a risk. I've only been on two blockchains. I don't normally engage in social media such as Facebook and Twitter.

However, since I've been on blockchain platforms for almost two years, I have met some amazing individuals, networked, and engaged with them.

For those who don't know me. Here's a bit of information I'd like to tell about myself. In fact, I decided to uncover twenty facts about me. I hope they are part of the thoughtful aspect of my personality:

Fact No. 1
I'm the sign of the RAM. For those who study astronomy, my classic stamp in terms of personality is that I'm a loyalist. However, loyalty in all sense of the word runs both ways for me. It's never one-sided. So if I discover that my loyalty is being tested by anyone in a counterproductive manner, then that relationship is headed towards the trash. I'm forthright, direct, and I'll get straight to the point before you can say my name.

Fact No. 2
I love coffee. I overindulge, I know I shouldn't, and my doctor and diabetic nutritionist told me to go easy with it. But I love the aroma of the decaffeinated Breakfast Blend brands. I've had to cut back to only 3 or 4 times a week. I usually drink it black with cream, no sugar. I also love tea. It has to be organic with no sugar or cream. I love to relax on weekend mornings with nothing but me and my coffee.

Fact No. 3
My employment status is: Retired. It's so good to write that word. It means I can go anywhere and do anything during the hours millions of other Americans are otherwise headed to work. But after working over thirty years, I feel I definitely deserve it.

Fact No. 4
I feel that cell phones are for making phone calls. Period. However, I've been told that I need to move into the 21st century and learn how to text and take photos. Cell phones are for calling someone if you just have to talk with them before you return home or have an emergency. Period.

Fact No. 5
I love to write and read short story fiction. I have numerous books from years of collecting that I'm trying to make my way through. Reading and researching family history takes up most of my alone time. My favorite authors are Maya Angelou, Terry McMillan, James Patterson, and Taylor Caldwell. Also, my all-time favorite movies include classics from the 50s and 60s. Silent movies were the ultimate learning experience for me at a young age. I began to anticipate actions and reactions from facial and body expressions.

Fact No. 6
I love to hang out at the beach with the seagulls or watching the waves crest. Then return to my RV and relax in my second home.

Fact No. 7
I love to cook. Even better than that, I love to eat. I've had to apply moderation in all things. This is especially true with my favorite flavors of ice cream, which are vanilla, strawberry, and chocolate. Add a couple bananas, some caramel, cherries, and I've fixed myself a favorite dessert: banana split.

Fact No. 8
Shopping for antiques is one of my passions. I'm an avid collector of all type of unique objects, including porcelain figurines. That's just a fancy words for "I live to horde*. Not a massive hoarder, but a mini one. I used to collect Barbie Dolls, hand-blown glass, baseball cards, and snow globes.

Fact No. 9
10% of humanity I call soulmates. That's because I'm referred to as a sinisteral person. The world was not made for me. Or in the alternative, I like to say I was not made for the world. I've read that many people laugh or make jokes about my unusual ability. I have a problem with knives, cameras, mobile phones, scissors, mice, and writing.

However, I did perfect my writing to the point I'm proud to be in the class of individuals above. But I'm in good company with Leonardo de Vinci, Joan of Arc, Michelangelo, Alexander the Great, and Julius Caesar.

Fact No. 10
I love sports, especially football. Don't hold this against me, but my favorite teams are the Dallas Cowboys and the Houston Texans. Well, I had to part ways with the Texans. I was told by my family that I needed to put on my big girl pants and find me another team to waste my energy on. Only have three more months to find a suitable replacement. Should be too hard. Any team above 32 ranking should suffice.

Can you imagine after having a sports team for 20 years; then having to start over again at the bottom due to bad decision making at the top? Well, not all at the top. My team just tell apart. But, we move on.

Lastly, I'm a nice person once you know me. Just come engage with me.

Creo que los perfiles publicados en las redes sociales no son del todo reveladores. Las apariencias externas pueden ser engañosas. Los rumores pueden ser devastadores si no son fieles a la personalidad de un individuo. Cuántas veces juzgamos a las personas por lo que vemos y oímos de ellas.

Si sólo se mira hacia fuera, probablemente nunca se descubrirá el interior de una persona.

El verdadero yo interior de los individuos es diverso. Por ejemplo, yo mismo. Cuando aparecí por primera vez en el universo online, nadie me conocía. Intenté mantener esa privacidad por encima de todo. A veces hay que hacer eso para frustrar a otros cuyo único propósito es socavarte.

Creo que es cierto para cualquiera que desee trabajar en línea. Se corre un riesgo. Pero la vida misma es un riesgo. Sólo he estado en dos cadenas de bloques. Normalmente no participo en medios sociales como Facebook y Twitter.

Sin embargo, desde que estoy en las plataformas de blockchain desde hace casi dos años, he conocido a algunas personas increíbles, he creado redes y me he comprometido con ellas.

Hecho nº 1
Soy el signo de la RAM. Para los que estudian la astronomía, mi sello clásico en cuanto a personalidad es que soy un leal. Sin embargo, la lealtad, en todo el sentido de la palabra, va en ambos sentidos para mí. Nunca es unilateral. Por eso, si descubro que mi lealtad es puesta a prueba por alguien de forma contraproducente, esa relación se dirige a la basura. Soy franco, directo y voy al grano antes de que puedas decir mi nombre.

Me encanta el café. Me excedo, sé que no debo, y mi médico y mi nutricionista diabético me han dicho que vaya con cuidado con él. Pero me encanta el aroma de las marcas de Breakfast Blend descafeinado. He tenido que reducirlo a sólo 3 ó 4 veces por semana. Suelo tomarlo negro con nata, sin azúcar. También me encanta el té. Tiene que ser orgánico, sin azúcar ni crema. Me encanta relajarme en las mañanas de los fines de semana con nada más que mi café y yo.

Mi situación laboral es: Jubilado. Es muy bueno escribir esa palabra. Significa que puedo ir a cualquier parte y hacer cualquier cosa durante las horas en que millones de otros estadounidenses se dirigen al trabajo. Pero después de trabajar más de treinta años, siento que definitivamente me lo merezco.

Siento que los teléfonos celulares son para hacer llamadas telefónicas. Y punto. Sin embargo, me han dicho que tengo que entrar en el siglo XXI y aprender a enviar mensajes de texto y hacer fotos. Los teléfonos móviles son para llamar a alguien si tienes que hablar con él antes de volver a casa o tienes una emergencia. Y punto.

Me encanta escribir y leer relatos cortos de ficción. Tengo numerosos libros de años de coleccionismo que estoy tratando de hacer mi camino a través. La lectura y la investigación de la historia familiar ocupan la mayor parte de mi tiempo a solas. Mis autores favoritos son Maya Angelou, Terry McMillan, James Patterson y Taylor Caldwell. Además, mis películas favoritas de todos los tiempos son los clásicos de los años 50 y 60. Las películas mudas fueron la mejor experiencia de aprendizaje para mí a una edad temprana. Me encanta cocinar. Incluso mejor que eso, me encanta comer. He tenido que aplicar la moderación en todas las cosas. Esto es especialmente cierto con mis sabores favoritos de helado, que son vainilla, fresa y chocolate. Añade un par de plátanos, un poco de caramelo y cerezas, y me he preparado mi postre favorito: el banana split.

Comprar antigüedades es una de mis pasiones. Soy un ávido coleccionista de todo tipo de objetos únicos, incluidas las figuritas de porcelana. Eso es una palabra elegante para decir que vivo para acaparar*. No soy una acaparadora masiva, pero sí una mini acaparadora. Solía coleccionar muñecas Barbie, vidrio soplado, tarjetas de béisbol y globos de nieve.

Al 10% de la humanidad le llamo almas gemelas. Eso es porque me refiero a una persona siniestra. El mundo no está hecho para mí. O en la alternativa, me gusta decir que no fui hecho para el mundo. He leído que mucha gente se ríe o hace bromas sobre mi inusual habilidad. Tengo problemas con los cuchillos, las cámaras, los teléfonos móviles, las tijeras, los ratones y la escritura.

Sin embargo, he perfeccionado mi escritura hasta el punto de que estoy orgulloso de pertenecer a la clase de individuos que están por encima. Pero estoy en buena compañía con Leonardo de Vinci, Juana de Arco, Miguel Ángel, Alejandro Magno y Julio César.

Me encantan los deportes, especialmente el fútbol. No me lo tengas en cuenta, pero mis equipos favoritos son los Dallas Cowboys y los Houston Texans. Pues bien, tuve que separarme de los Texans. Mi familia me dijo que tenía que ponerme los pantalones de niña grande y encontrar otro equipo en el que gastar mi energía. Sólo tengo tres meses más para encontrar un sustituto adecuado. Debería ser muy difícil. Cualquier equipo por encima de la clasificación 32 debería ser suficiente.

¿Te imaginas después de tener un equipo deportivo durante 20 años; luego tener que empezar de nuevo en la parte inferior debido a la mala toma de decisiones en la parte superior? Bueno, no todos en la parte superior. Mi equipo acaba de contar aparte. Pero, seguimos adelante.

Por último, soy una persona agradable una vez que me conoces. Simplemente ven a comprometerte conmigo.
