Hello friends how are you ? Today begins a new month, the fourth of this year and although I have read that Jokes Day and Fun Day are celebrated at work, I am going to focus on talking about Ramadan.
Ramadan is a religious festival celebrated by Muslims and lasts throughout the month of April.

This activity takes place throughout the month of April with fasting, prayer and fulfillment of the word. Reading the Torah is very important as it complements fasting. They can only eat after sunset and before sunrise they eat their last meal of the day to continue the fast.
They do it with fruits, dates, unleavened bread, and light foods that help them stay on their feet but without too much exaggeration.

It is not just willpower, it is the obligation to do and follow the normal Torah, since if the person cannot fully comply with the month of fasting, they must pay double the tithe, which is often too high, to settle your account with the church.
In any case, the willpower that Muslims have to comply with this holiday is admirable, since not everyone has it. Spending more than 12 hours without eating is not an easy task, only those who have faith can do it.
I wish you all a happy month on your beautiful holiday.
