¡Bienvenidos de vuelta a mi blog, chicos! El día de hoy les traigo un post muy genial donde voy a mencionar 5 cosas que amo de la persona que es mi pareja actualmente.

Como realmente no me cuesta en absoluto resaltar las cosas geniales que tiene mi amorcito @dimeshana, vi esto como una oportunidad demasiado genial para hacerle un pequeño homenaje y poder hacer énfasis en las cosas que más amo de ella como persona.

Entonces, sin más que agregar, comencemos.

Welcome back to my blog, guys! Today I'm bringing you a really cool post where I'm going to mention 5 things I love about the person who is currently my partner.

Since I really don't find it hard at all to highlight the cool things that my sweetheart @dimeshana has, I saw this as a too cool opportunity to pay her a little tribute and be able to emphasize the things I love the most about her as a person.

So, without further ado, let's get started.

¿Cómo conocí a @dimeshana? | How did I meet @dimeshana?

En el año 2015, yo estudiaba la carrera de Licenciatura en Computación en la facultad de Ciencias de la Universidad Central de Venezuela, ya tenía un par de años estudiando ahí y por supuesto, cada año uno conocía rostros nuevos porque cada vez que llegaba un nuevo grupo de nuevo ingreso, las materias generales (Mate I, Mate II, etc) se llenaban de rostros nuevos (si te tocaba repetir, cosa que me pasó en Mate II varias veces).

Durante mi estadía en la facultad, conocí a un chico que se llamaba Jorge Lemus, coincidimos en dos materias particulares pero él terminó adelantándose porque yo tuve que repetir un semestre por Matemáticas II ya que no podía avanzar más en el Pensum si no terminaba dicha materia.

Un día, Shana se acercó a la mesa donde estábamos estudiando y pude conocerla de forma superficial, es decir, solo la vi ahí parada haciendo bastante ruido y bailando muchísimo; muchos de los que se la pasaban conmigo estudiando decían que ella era muy rara y que era muy ruidosa, pero a mí me parecía genial que fuera tan rara, porque aunque yo no soy tan extrovertido, no me gustaba la gente tan seria, por eso nunca me concentraba para estudiar.

In 2015, I was studying a degree in Computer Science at the Faculty of Sciences of the Central University of Venezuela, I had already been studying there for a couple of years and of course, every year I met new faces because every time a new group of new students arrived, the general subjects (Mate I, Mate II, etc) were filled with new faces (if you had to repeat, which happened to me in Mate II several times).

During my stay in college, I met a guy named Jorge Lemus, we coincided in two particular subjects but he ended up getting ahead because I had to repeat a semester for Math II because I could not advance further in the Pensum if I did not finish that subject.

One day, Shana approached the table where we were studying and I got to know her superficially, that is to say, I only saw her standing there making a lot of noise and dancing a lot; many of those who were studying with me said that she was very strange and that she was very noisy, but I thought it was great that she was so strange, because although I am not so extroverted, I did not like people so serious, that's why I never concentrated to study.

Desde que nos presentaron nos volvimos muy buenos amigos, además, cuando ella escuchó mi música de aquél entonces le gustó mucho y se la pasaba escuchándola en el cafetín de la facultad; siempre nos veíamos por allá y además ella asistía a mis presentaciones cantando en el auditorio de la facultad, siempre estuvo cerca.

Resulta que hubo una época en la que mi mejor amigo empezó a sentir una atracción hacia ella, yo particularmente nunca desarrollé una atracción porque yo siempre tuve novias durante la universidad, ella llegó a conocer a un par de ellas.

En el año 2016 dejé la universidad para graduarme en el instituto donde me gradué con mis dos títulos, entonces dejamos de tener mucho contacto y no fue sino hasta el año 2019 que retomamos un poco el contacto, primero a través de reacciones en Facebook a varios memes y luego a través de Whatsapp.

Comenzaron las conversaciones, todo comenzó a fluir muy bien y en esta ocasión yo estaba soltero y ella también, entonces me terminó gustando muchísimo y como ya me había caído muy bien desde antes, no fue difícil encariñarme muchísimo hasta que en Enero del año 2020 le confesé que me gustaba muchísimo y ella me confesó que yo le gustaba desde el 2016 y se guardó el sentimiento por el hecho de saber que yo tenía novia y que no teníamos mucho contacto, pero siempre el sentimiento estuvo ahí.

Hoy en día tenemos 13 meses juntos como pareja y 9 meses viviendo juntos y ha sido una relación increíble, me he sentido feliz desde el primer momento y siento que sin importar los factores negativos de la relación (de parte de ambos), tenemos demasiadas razones para estar juntos y ser felices, así que simplemente es muy sencillo hablar sobre ella y expresar todo el amor que tengo por dentro por ella.

Since we were introduced we became very good friends, besides, when she heard my music back then she liked it a lot and she used to listen to it in the cafeteria of the faculty; we always saw each other there and she also attended my presentations singing in the auditorium of the faculty, she was always close to me.

It turns out that there was a time when my best friend started to feel an attraction to her, I particularly never developed an attraction because I always had girlfriends during college, she got to know a couple of them.

In 2016 I left college to graduate high school where I graduated with both my degrees, then we stopped having much contact and it wasn't until 2019 that we resumed a bit of contact, first through Facebook reactions to various memes and then through Whatsapp.

Conversations began, everything started to flow very well and this time I was single and so was she, then I ended up liking her very much and since I had already liked her very much from before, it was not difficult to get very fond of her until January 2020 when I confessed to her that I liked her very much and she confessed that she liked me since 2016 and kept the feeling for the fact that she knew that I had a girlfriend and we did not have much contact, but the feeling was always there.

Today we have 13 months together as a couple and 9 months living together and it has been an amazing relationship, I have felt happy since the first moment and I feel that no matter the negative factors of the relationship (from both of us), we have too many reasons to be together and be happy, so it is just very easy to talk about her and express all the love I have inside for her.

Las 5 cosas que amo de @dimeshana | The 5 things I love about @dimeshana

Creo que podría extenderme demasiado con respecto a este tema porque tengo una lista increíblemente larga de cosas que me gustan de Shana porque soy una persona demasiado observadora y detallista, siempre noto cosas que muchas personas no ven porque no se toman el tiempo para ello, a veces esto suele ser negativo porque a muchas personas no les gustan los lados más «naturales» de las personas, por así decirlo.

Muchas personas me dicen que eso es ahorita porque es la etapa del enamoramiento y toda la cosa, pero científicamente la euforia del enamoramiento solo ocurre los primeros 4-7 meses y luego ya el amor se vuelve una decisión recurrente de estar con otra persona porque te conviene y yo siento que Shana vale demasiado la pena con toda mi convicción puesta en ello.

Yo soy una persona completamente inmune a la rutina, porque puedo afirmarles que llevo 10 meses viviendo con Shana y muchas veces hemos hecho lo mismo durante días enteros y no puedo decir que me he aburrido porque cada vez las cosas que hacemos se sienten diferentes cada vez

Ahora, aunque la tarea es complicada, voy a elegir 5 cosas que amo demasiado de Shana y que me mantienen aquí con ella, queriéndola, respetándola y presumiéndola por supuesto jajaja

I think I could go on too long about this topic because I have an incredibly long list of things I like about Shana because I am a very observant and detailed person, I always notice things that many people do not see because they do not take the time for it, sometimes this is usually negative because many people do not like the more "natural" sides of people, so to speak.

Many people tell me that this is now because it is the stage of falling in love and everything, but scientifically the euphoria of falling in love only happens the first 4-7 months and then love becomes a recurring decision to be with another person because it suits you and I feel that Shana is too worth it with all my conviction put into it.

I am a person completely immune to routine, because I can tell you that I have been living with Shana for 10 months and many times we have done the same thing for days on end and I can't say that I have gotten bored because each time the things we do feel different every time.

Now, although the task is complicated, I am going to choose 5 things that I love too much about Shana and that keep me here with her, loving her, respecting her and showing her off of course hahaha.

1.- Su estilo | Her style

Shana tiene un estilo particular para todo, para vestir, para caminar, para posar, etc; es increíblemente fotogénica y sabe realizar la definición de «meterse en el personaje» al pie de la letra porque se transforma, uno la ve concentrada en algo que le gusta y notas como saca a relucir otra «yo», conoces un lado que te hace decir: «¡Vaya! ¿Esa es la misma Shana que yo conozco?» y de hecho, he escuchado esa frase muchísimas veces estando con ella en eventos diversos, es simplemente genial.

Shana has a particular style for everything, for dressing, for walking, for posing, etc; she is incredibly photogenic and she knows how to carry out the definition of "getting into character" to the letter because she transforms herself, you see her focused on something she likes and you notice how she brings out another "me", you know a side that makes you say: "Wow, is that the same Shana I know?" and in fact, I have heard that phrase many times being with her in different events, it's just great.

2.- Su sencillez | Her simplicity

Una de las cosas que más me impresionó cuando empecé a conocer a Shana de una forma más íntima mientras comenzabamos nuestra relación fue su sencillez, ella es una persona con muchas habilidades geniales y grandes capacidades pero no es muy ambiciosa; recuerdo cuando le pregunté sobre su mayor sueño en la vida y me respondió algo que me dejó muy pensativo pero desató una sonrisa:

«... mi mayor sueño realmente es vivir en una casa pequeña, sin deudas, tranquila y ya, con un gato posiblemente...»

Al principio me dejó muy pensativo porque me dije: «Qué extraño es conocer a una persona que no tenga un sueño tan grande», esto motivado a que yo sí tengo sueños bastante grandes como todo músico que quiere ser reconocido por su trabajo, pero luego entendí que su sueño es tan grande como el mío, porque para uno vivir tranquilo, en una casa propia y sin deudas, hay que trabajar bastante, entonces eso me hizo entender que realmente si está enfocada, realmente sí es una persona que quiere trabar por algo bueno para su vida.

One of the things that impressed me the most when I started to get to know Shana in a more intimate way as we started our relationship was her simplicity, she is a person with a lot of cool skills and great abilities but she is not very ambitious; I remember when I asked her about her biggest dream in life and she answered me something that left me very thoughtful but sparked a smile:

"... my biggest dream really is to live in a small house, no debt, quiet and already, with possibly a cat..."

At first it left me very thoughtful because I said to myself: "How strange it is to meet a person who does not have such a big dream", because I do have big dreams like every musician who wants to be recognized for his work, but then I understood that his dream is as big as mine, because to live peacefully, in a house of your own and without debts, you have to work hard, then that made me understand that if she is really focused, she really is a person who wants to work for something good for her life.

3.- Su amor por los animales | Her love for animals

Este es un punto increíblemente importante porque yo tengo a mi perro Max en casa, entonces, al momento de ella venir por primera vez a mi casa, esperaba que le cayera bien a él y que ella pudiera encariñarse porque yo en definitiva odio a las personas que odian a los animales o les hacen daño, aunque parezca muy extremista, una persona que no ame a mi perro no puede amarme a mí porque mi perro se monta en mi cama para saludarme cada mañana y nos despierta a besos todos los días, entonces imaginen el desastre si a la otra persona no le gustan los animales.

This is an incredibly important point because I have my dog Max at home, so when she first came to my house, I was hoping that she would like him and that she could get attached to him because I definitely hate people who hate animals or hurt them, although it seems very extreme, a person who does not love my dog cannot love me because my dog rides my bed to greet me every morning and wakes us up with kisses every day, so imagine the disaster if the other person does not like animals.

Ella es más una persona de gatos que de perros, pero ha aprendido a querer a Max y eso tiene muchísimo valor para mí, me encanta como ella lo consiente tanto como yo y cómo se preocupa por su bienestar; ansío un futuro con ella donde vivamos juntos en una casita con Max y un gatito para equilibrar el amor que ambos tenemos por los animales.

She is more of a cat person than a dog person, but she has learned to love Max and that is invaluable to me, I love how she spoils him as much as I do and how she cares for his well being; I long for a future with her where we live together in a little house with Max and a kitten to balance the love we both have for animals.

4.- Su talento para el arte | Her talent for art

Ella es bailarina casi que desde que nació, he visto vídeos donde ella era muy pequeña y ya reaccionaba a la música moviendo su cuerpo al compás del ritmo que sonaba de fondo, su madre siempre la motivó a bailar y la inscribió en clases de Ballet desde muy jóven, eso la hizo desarrollar su gran talento innato con la disciplina que tanto hace falta para volverte un gran profesional.

Hoy en día, ella es mi profesora de Ballet y de Danza Contemporánea; cada vez que la veo hacer un movimiento para montar una coreografía para nosotros me quedo hipnotizado por su gran calidad como bailarina, es simplemente increíble.

She's a dancer almost since she was born, I've seen videos where she was very small and already reacted to the music moving her body to the rhythm that was playing in the background, her mother always motivated her to dance and enrolled her in ballet classes from a very young age, that made her develop her great innate talent with the discipline that is so necessary to become a great professional.

Today, she's my Ballet and Contemporary Dance teacher; every time I see her do a movement to choreograph a choreography for us I am mesmerized by her great quality as a dancer, she is simply amazing.

Yo no sabía que ella tenía talento para cantar, pero durante los años en los que no nos vimos más, ella fue vocalista de @multiversomusic, esto la llevó a entrenar vocalmente con una técnica llevada bastante hacia el lado lírico; luego, al comenzar a salir, me reveló esos gustos por el canto y ¿qué mejor persona para enseñarle que yo?

Con lo mucho que amo enseñar, es genial poder apoyar a tu pareja a crecer en un área que te fascina a ti también, es definitivamente una relación ganar-ganar.

Amo demasiado el hecho de poder cantar y bailar con ella, además del hecho de poder jugar videojuegos a su lado; estas tres cosas que acabo de mencionar las busqué en una pareja durante mucho tiempo y siempre terminaba decepcionado en ese sentido, pero como dice el refrán: «mejor tarde que nunca».

I didn't know she had a talent for singing, but during the years we didn't see each other anymore, she was a vocalist for @multiversomusic, this led her to train vocally with a technique taken quite towards the lyrical side; then as we started dating, she revealed to me those tastes for singing and what better person to teach her than me?

As much as I love teaching, it's great to be able to support your partner to grow in an area that fascinates you as well, it's definitely a win-win relationship.

I love too much the fact that I can sing and dance with her, plus the fact that I can play video games with her; these three things I just mentioned I looked for in a partner for a long time and always ended up disappointed in that sense, but as the saying goes: "better late than never".

5.- Su sentido del humor | Her sense of humor

Todas persona que ha tenido la oportunidad de compartir con Shana en persona, sabe que ella es un personaje totalmente y su personalidad es increíblemente graciosa, es muy difícil mantenerse serio teniéndola cerca y esa es una de las cosas que más disfruto de ella.

No saben la cantidad de veces al día que suelo reírme con ella, es lo máximo, siempre sacamos chistes buenos de cada escena que vemos de una película o serie que nos pareció muy WTF o nos echamos a reír y ponemos pause a la reproducción por la misma razón, es demasiado divertido.

Everyone who has had the opportunity to share with Shana in person, knows that she is a total character and her personality is incredibly funny, it's very hard to stay serious having her around and that's one of the things I enjoy the most about her.

You don't know how many times a day I usually laugh with her, she is the best, we always get good jokes out of every scene we watch from a movie or series that we found very WTF or we burst out laughing and pause the playback for the same reason, it's too funny.

Palabras Finales | Final Words

Siempre he sido un romántico empedernido, pero ahora estoy con una persona que hace que lo lleve a un nivel mayor, pero eso sí, con mucha consciencia de mis acciones y mucho raciocinio, ya las hormonas no tienen nada que ver, este tipo de amor es un amor maduro que cada día crece por el trabajo constante que hacemos como pareja para construír un futuro juntos.

I've always been a hopeless romantic, but now I'm with a person who makes me take it to a higher level, but yes, with a lot of awareness of my actions and a lot of reasoning, hormones have nothing to do, this kind of love is a mature love that grows every day by the constant work we do as a couple to build a future together.
