Those who can be satisfied with little can enjoy the joy of achieving something huge.
We all expect more or less everything in all areas of life. Although the calculation of getting or not getting is never right. But by saying that our level of expectation never decreases, rather we try to gradually increase the expectation of increasing the amount of receipt by reducing the amount of non-receipt.
The important thing in this case is that we never underestimate the expectations of what we do, we never want to be happy when the level of achievement is small. Rather we try to increase our level of attainment in various ways, where we have no signs of contentment. Think a little deeper, the more you receive, the more your heart expects to receive, it will continue to grow.
The matter has really turned upside down for us. Because of our heart does not want to be satisfied with a little, but the level of expectation increases in many ways. As a result, we can never be emotionally happy, even if our level of achievement increases, because this rate of gradual increase in expectations never gets out of control. Because the expectation of receiving will change your mindset, you will not be satisfied with receiving even if you want to!
In school life, teachers tried to explain this to us with various examples. Because of if we can be emotionally satisfied with what we get, in many cases it can be more than we expect. As a result our emotional satisfaction will increase, on the other hand our level of happiness will double and we will be able to pay more attention to that task or subject and prove to be more proficient in the task or subject.
In fact, our mentality plays a big role in this. Our greed leads us astray and we err in the wrong direction. There is a saying, greed blinds people and makes them more interested in doing wrong. As a result, there is no room to think of anything good and try to do everything to fulfill one's greed and expectations. Making mistakes at work and regretting your position later on, throws yourself into despair.
What does reality say? Notice around you, someone is able to sleep in peace and tranquility by living in such a hut. On the other hand, even if you live in an air-conditioned and luxurious house with hundreds of security guards, you cannot sleep in peace or security. Think a little deeper about where the difference is, a lot of things will become easier and more understandable to you.
We pretend not to understand many things, we pretend not to see many realities. Because we are not ready to think about other people's issues, we do not try to understand that such a situation can arise in my case, if I am not careful and aware. The more we get busy with the subject, the more it comes to our own heads. But sadly, we do not have the opportunity to do anything.
I always say that our mentality plays a major role in all cases. So first of all it is more important to change our mindset. Only then can we develop the habit of keeping ourselves satisfied for a while.
