About 15 years ago I decided to throw away our old Christmas tree, the truth is that there were already several years in which my Christmas was a complete shit, and for many years I was like a kind of Grinch, who hated people at this time, although I have never stopped enjoying the typical Christmas food, let's say that is what I love most, And although I still consider it a time when many take out the hypocrisy in their being, let's say that becoming a mother has changed my way of thinking a little, and has brought back memories of the beautiful Christmases we used to spend at home, seeing how Mi Mathias is no longer so young, her eyes shine and she even starts singing Christmas songs.
This year has been really hard, and as always in my plans I was not contemplating decorating my house and much less having a Christmas tree, however; to see my little boy ask me to put up a Christmas tree, the truth is that I cannot refuse, not before his sweet look and his face full of illusions. So, from today I begin the preparations to once again revive the spirit of Christmas in my home, after all, my son deserves that and more. Today, with my mother's help, we took out the old boxes with some decorations that we still have, so you can imagine how much dust I had to move today. When Mathias woke up and started seeing some decorations his joy was really contagious, no doubt he injects us with a lot of energy.
I was about to discard these bells because with time they were saved and because they were all badly packed, they were already in a very bad state, however; Mathias wants them on the tree, so, reviewing some ideas on the internet, plus the materials I have at home, we set out to give them a break and in this way place them again on our new tree. I loved the idea of the customized backstage, so I wanted to do something similar.
We put the names of our closest family members, and a very special person who has given us one of the best Christmas gifts, let's say that thanks to him, we can enjoy it, so at home we have declared him one more of the family. We still have a lot to do to be able to place our tree, even to buy lights, because as you can understand, we don't have lights either, but little by little the spirit of Christmas is returning, to receive the gifts under the tree as Mi Mathias wishes.

Hace unos 15 años que decidí tirar a la basura nuestro viejo árbol de navidad, la verdad es que ya iban varios años en los que mis navidades eran una completa mierda, y por muchos años era como una especie de Grinch, que odiaba a las personas en estas fechas, aunque nunca he dejado de disfrutar de la comida típica de navidad, digamos que es lo que más amo, y aunque aún considero que es una época en donde muchos sacan a pasear la hipocresía que tienen en su ser, digamos que el hecho de convertirme en madre ha cambiado un poco mi manera de pensar, y me ha traído recuerdos de las bonitas navidades que solíamos pasar en casa, viendo como Mi Mathias ya no tan pequeño, le brillan los ojitos e incluso comienza a cantar canciones navideñas.
Este año ha sido realmente duro, y como siempre en mis planes no estaba contemplado decorar mi casa y mucho menos tener un árbol de navidad, sin embargo; ver a mi pequeño pedirme que coloque un árbol de navidad, la verdad es que no me puedo negar, no ante su dulce mirada y su rostro lleno de ilusiones. Así que, desde hoy doy inicio a los preparativos para nuevamente revivir el espíritu de la navidad en mi hogar, después de todo, mi hijo merece eso y más. Hoy con ayuda de mi madre, sacamos las viejas cajas guardadas con algunos adornos que aun conservamos, así que se imaginaran la cantidad de polvo que he tenido que mover hoy. Cuando Mathias despertó y comenzó a ver algunos adornos su alegría era realmente contagiaste, sin duda él nos inyecta muchísima energía.
Estaba por desechar estas campanas pues con el tiempo guardadas y por estar todas mal embaladas, ya estaban en muy mal estado, sin embargo; Mathias las quiere en el árbol, así que, revisando un poco de ideas en internet, más los materiales que tengo en casa, nos dispusimos a darles un respiro y de esta manera colocarlas de nuevo en nuestro nuevo árbol. Me encantó la idea de las bambalinas personalizadas, así que quise hacer algo parecido.
Colocamos los nombres de nuestros familiares más cercanos, y de una persona muy especial que nos ha dado uno de los mejores regalos de navidad, digamos que gracias a él, podremos disfrutar de ella, así que en casa lo hemos declarado uno más de la familia. Aun nos falta mucho por hacer para poder colocar nuestro árbol, incluso comprar luces, pues como podrán entender, tampoco tenemos luces, pero poco a poco va regresando el ánimo y el espíritu navideño, para recibir los regalos debajo del árbol como tanto lo desea Mi Mathias
