I've had a lot of negative things happen to me for such a nice guy, but I've learned to see the flip side of each one as time goes on. Turns out, that most if not all of those "bumps in the road" actually prevented even worse things from happening to me, which can only now be seen when looking back. So that's one of the lessons I'd like to share right now.
Dodging a bullet, again...
Whenever you find yourself in a dark place, just imagine that there's always something even worse out there and that this present difficulty acts as a fork in the road now keeping you away from all that. In 2019 I applied for a job that would have placed me in a COVID-19 hotspot If I'd been hired. Puzzled at first as I was qualified for the position, I remembered what an HR employee had told me about diseases spreading in assisted living facilities. I had this strange feeling that the powers that be, knew what they were doing and that at some point in the future, I'd be able to see it.
Now I can.
If you take a moment and look back in your own life, I'm sur you will find similar accounts that are now easy to see. This will give you a moment to just breathe and wait for that life card to be flipped over revealing what you truly were protected from. Peace.
Thank You So Much!
