Respecting the elders is the first manner which we all learn from school and it must be followed strictly. It was very hard to explain for the younger generations as I was experienced by myself. At age of going for college, my elder sister and relatives who completed their studies said that I should need really focus on my studies if I had a strong determination to work in core jobs else if I had another idea of business starting from the day of college. But I ignored them and I have not really utilized my college days.
Now I feel that I have a lot of time while pursuing college but now I have no time. I am getting old and need to make a path to earn more now. This is just an example story of mine. We all just need to obey the elder or sometimes younger person may help you through their advice but not neglect as he was young that was a blunder mistake.
Let me share another situation to make it clear, In an organization, the experienced person will be visible as a senior person of a particular position even though they have no idea on how the particular work function within their juniors here I didn't mean the senior person doesn't know how to do. He may also do the work in the past as the technologies developed the work function may also modernize which is known by their current juniors. It's just a matter of time. But in case of error, the senior person has the maturity to handle the situation to simplify it. We have to learn from them.
Likewise, we should need to get advice from our elders how the base works and as the younger generations we should need to understand the base function and try to make it simple by the advanced tech and gadgets and simplify the work and you let know your juniors to know how you simplified the process they may reduce the additional burden by their advancement techs.
