once it has boiled, add 6 tablespoons of vinegar, so that the milk can be cut in a delicate way and the rennet of the milk can be seen on top.
after having let it rest for 15 minutes, we begin to extract what is above the milk since it is the combination of milk and vinegar, ok we collect the custard that is above it
We strain the custard so that it is as dry as possible, so that it can be placed in the blender and the mixture is perfect.
while the custard is straining, I add 100 grams of butter in a frying pan, this butter will be added to the custard in the blender.

the secret of a good homemade mozzarrella cheese is to add a small piece of mozzarella cheese to give more consistency to our cheese.
Once all the ingredients are in place, we add the mozzarella cheese to our mixture, keeping the ingredients in constant movement until it thickens in a single layer.
