Hi, Blurt! We had a great weekend, and yesterday we went out of town again with some friends. We found a very beautiful place with a flooded quarry and a small oak grove where we could easily hide from the rain and wind.
And the view there is just wonderful.
Behind the hill begins a large wind farm and when it gets quiet - you can hear the huge blades of the wind turbines spinning.
The sauce on the coals turns into a crispy crust, and you get very juicy meat inside. The main thing is to have time to turn the grill so the sauce does not burn :)
We returned home at sunset, and in our steppes they look just great.
How do you spend your weekends?

What a lovely view of the water. The timing on the food is always the biggest issue for me. I always like to keep a bottle of hot sauce around just in case anyone wants a little extra spice on their food.
I'm a big fan of hot sauces!
I see it now, I had to click on your full blog.
You weren't kidding, I believe I'll learn some new brands from you. I usually have a bottle of sriracha always handy but haven't bought anything new and spicy in a long time.
